Great place to stay - clean, comfortable and everything you might need.

About half an hour to walk to the Leeds Grand or no 1 bus goes from nearby.

Highly recommended.

These digs are great.

Very clean, very welcoming and Carole couldn't be a better host.

A 25 minute walk into Leeds centre, parking available and good access to everything nearby. It's one of the best places to stay in Leeds.

The only warning I would give is that if there are people in the ... read more upstairs flat it can be a little noisy. Certainly not so bad that you'd be overly disturbed - but I thought I'd mention it in case you wanted to take any earplugs.

All in all a really great place to stay.
