Pillow presents to you this stylish 2 bedroom apartment in the heart of Manchester's popular Ancoats district. A stones throw from Manchester Piccadilly Train Station and all of the shopping, bars and restaurants that the city has to offer!

This beautifully finished home from home is situated on the 3rd floor of a secure apartment block. Entry in to the building is with a key code, and there is a choice of stairs or a lift.

Inside the apartment has a hallway leading to an open plan, living, dining and kitchen area. The living area boasts a comfortable corner sofa and 42" Smart TV . enabling you to keep up to date with your favourite Amazon and Netflix series. The apartment also benefits from Wi-Fi.

The 2 double bedrooms offer fully fitted mirrored wardrobes and king-size beds, one of which (Bedroom 1) has a memory foam mattress.

A perfect base for your visit to Manchester whether business or pleasure.

**PARKING** The owner has procured a parking space for guests a short 2 minute walk from the apartment just off nearby Sherrat Street.

Upon confirmation of booking a 25% booking deposit is payable to Pillow Partners. A link will be sent for payment. The full balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. A one off cleaning charge of £100 will be added to the balance. A damage deposit of £90 will be pre-authorised on your card up to 7 days prior to arrival and released no more than 24 hours after departure following adequate inspection.
