With free, safe parking and a bright and sunny aspect, this lovely room with ensuite is just minutes from both the Marlowe and Gulbenkian, ideal for short or longer stays.

Arrangements for use of the kitchen or washing machine on request in advance for those staying for longer periods. There is free parking at the front of the house and it takes just minutes to walk into Canterbury city centre.

The room is newly renovated, spacious and light, with a brand new carpet and purpose built ensuite.

Whilst the property is modern, 1990s, it has character and very nice neighbours, a mix of nationalities. A working home, there is room for guests to live in privacy.

There is a sunny garden complete with garden furniture.

Sheets, duvets and towels are provided and laundered free of charge.

The host is a friendly, outward going ex teacher who has embarked upon an alternative career path as an energy healer. Healing available for a small charge on request.
Guests are asked to be energy conscious and to dispose of their own personal rubbish respectfully: Red bins are for paper, blue for plastic and tin and grey for landfill.

The hostess has been fully vaccinated and uses Covid safe cleaning regimes. Guests are asked not to dry wet clothing in their rooms and to air the room by opening the window for ten minutes a day. They also need to shut and lock the windows before leaving the house and to avoid taking showers in the early hours.
