The house is situated on a quiet street in the popular suburb of Chorlton. The room is large (approx 20'x15'), south-facing and fully furnished with all linen included. It comes with its own bathroom and a kitchenette/sitting room with a tv. Downstairs is a shared kitchen with washing machine, fridge, oven and induction hob etc.
Chorlton has excellent transport links to the city centre, Salford Quays and the airport either by bus, with a stop 3 minutes away or tram, a 10-minute walk.
Chorlton is a buzzing, creative place with lots of bars, restaurants and independent shops and a great community atmosphere.
As advice to people with allergies, I have 3 cats and sometimes also foster cats for a local charity.
I know sometimes 2 people want to share digs and if so there's sometimes availability of a second room.
