Large Double Room - Relaxing & Homely 20 mins walk from Town Centre (Plymouth)

Lovely blue room with plenty of space and storage.

The room is nice and quiet and dark at night for restful sleep.
Peaceful residential area just a 20 minute walk to TR2 Production & Learning Centre and 25 mins walk Theatre Royal Plymouth main building.

The bus route and a co-op are just on the next corner. Buses run every 30 minutes.

My home is a relaxed and homely space with a relaxed, lived-in feel.

I am a vegan and would ask that guests do not bring meat into the flat but may use milk/eggs etc.
You would be welcome to use the large well equipped kitchen and would have a separate cupboard and fridge/freezer space.

The kitchen is also the main social space of the flat with a large table which can also be used for study/laptop use.

The bathroom has a big free-standing bath and separate shower and is a really lovely space.

The flat has a private parking space at the back available for guests to use and a private back door leading to the kitchen. There is a tiny balcony for smokers' use.

I am approachable and will be available to answer questions, for anything you might need, but am also fairly private so you would have your space and privacy. I tend to be quiet after 11pm.

Please note, I don't have certain mod cons namely microwave and television, but do have reliable WIFI and a good blender!

I may be able to provide a breakfast of cereals, toast fruit but please discuss this when booking so I can plan ahead.
