Lovely digs, friendly people.

Self contained top of house means privacy and quiet. Comfy bed, basic kitchenette. If you are tall the bathroom would be a bit snug. I'm not, it was fine.

Light and airy and a peaceful location with parking and an easy walk into town. Theatre Royal in 15 mins max... read more .

Great 2 week stay. Colin was great - friendly and personable, but largely leaves you to your own devices.

Room was lovely. Bed was very comfy, kitchenette and self contained bathroom are great too. Kitchenette is by definition on the basic side, just a microwave and kettle, but was plenty for me. ... read more

Very clean - very comfortable. Despite it being an attic room felt very open and airy, spent plenty of time in there.

Communication was great. About 10-15min walk to the theatre, and a lovely walk at that (no hills!)

Excellent accommodation.

Clean and friendly. And digs with parking within walking distance of centre is great.

Comfortable bed with microwave, and tv.

Bathroom a bit snug if you're tall but otherwise terrific.

Colin & Maddy were lovely hosts. Nice big room. Has all you need (microwave, fridge, kettle, even a hair dryer). You can also use the main kitchen. The internet signal was excellent.

It's about 15 mins to theatre. Very easy & nice walk.

I'd definitely stay again.

The room has pretty much everything one needs (microwave, fridge, TV, even a hair dryer!).

Big comfy bed, and beautiful views from all the windows, Bath itself, and the canal complete with longboats. Quiet and peaceful, parking available, and only a short walk into town.
