Brighton Seafront, peaceful double room, 12 min walk to theatres (Brighton)

The house is on five floors, the ground floor and basement being largely open plan. It's not a pristine palace, it's a comfortable home.

This room is a newly decorated, charming double bedroom with a bathroom right next door, and has a sideways view of the sea.

We have an endless supply of hot water, and there's a working radiator in your room too.

You have use of the kitchen (and its tv with Netflix, Prime etc) whenever you want, fast broadband and a couple of black cats to keep you company!

You can choose whether to have the cats in your room or not. (I'm not a mad cat lady, they know their place!) You will have free run of the kitchen, no matter what time of the day or night. We have very fast best-you-can-get wi-fi.

Even though we are just off the seafront, (Kemp Town is a lively area with lots of pubs and clubs and restaurants), our street is very quiet.

If you're here for the week, it's probably best to come to Brighton by train as parking is notoriously difficult and expensive. The house is about a 20 min walk from the station.

The Theatre Royal, Dome, Brighton Centre and all performing locations in Central Brighton are a 10-12 minute walk away; there are plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby, as well as more coffee shops and bars than we know what to do with!

We're a quiet household, and we like it that way so party animals need not apply! We offer a peaceful space away from the noise and bustle (and I won't talk to you unless you want to!) but Brighton life is just around the corner...
