This listing is for: 1 x king size bed with tea/coffee making facilities, street facing window. Quiet household means a good lie in is undisturbed. Laid back and inclusive household, we don't care what time you get back from the after party.

Free WIFI throughout the property. Free on street parking (limited).

We don't have kids so it's a quiet household. Semi detatched, one way street so not much noise from traffic.

Convenient central location and new comfy mattresses.

The space

The top floor of the house features 2 x double rooms, so technically we can sleep up to 4 guests (2 per bed)

Room 1 : Features a sink, cold water, radiator, clothes rail, chest of drawers, TV / Freeview, and double bed.

Room 2: Features a King size bed, radiator, clothes rail, kettle, chest of drawers, TV / Freeview, and overall a larger area.

Full kitchen/cooking facilities, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier, 2 fridge freezers should you need to store chilled food. Additional kitchen storage space available on request.

5 minutes stroll to The Grand Pier, Shops, Bars, Restaurants, Seafront, Train Station, Bus Station, Large Tesco + Pharmacy & town centre / pubs.

Car: 30 mins Bristol Airport - Train: 30 mins shopping in Taunton or Bristol

Guest access

3 storey Victorian Townhouse, your room(s) is on the top floor so be prepared to walk up 3 flights of stairs. You are welcome to use the kitchen, dining room / office, front room and of course the bathroom.

Free on street parking where available, there is room behind the house for smaller vehicles for loading / unloading (but no parking).

Interaction with guests

Usually there's someone about as we work from home in the dining room / office. We never disturb guests unless it's important. Welcome to join us for an evening glass of wine.

We hang out in the front room or chill in our bedroom (floor 2) so we're always in easy earshot if you have any questions.

We are super responsive to text messages if we are not at home, as we both have mobile phones switched on 24/7.

Other things to note

We don't advertise breakfast however please feel free to help yourself to toast and whatever cereal we have in the kitchen. If we are out of bread there's usually some in the top drawer of the freezer.

Tea / Coffee - again, help yourself - usually we have skimmed or semi skimmed milk in the fridge.

Hairdryer is provided in both rooms, you can also ask me if you have run out of hairspray / styling product or forgotten some bathroom essentials.

In the bathroom there is an 'TDB Essentials' stock of products.
