Homely, Peaceful, Seaside Double Room (St Austell)

The bedroom I am offering is a large bedroom with a double bed, plenty of storage and a sink. The shared bathroom (with only me) is next door. It has a large shower and bath.

You have use of the lounge, kitchen - fridge and cupboard space provided, bathroom, utility room and front garden. Washing and drying facilities are available.

You will be living with just myself and my cat Tilly. My house is a clean, tidy and welcoming home. It is a five-minute walk to the small harbour and beautiful beach of Gorran Haven.

Here there are also two cafes both offering great breakfasts and other delicious takeaway food, a great fish and chip shop and a Post office, general store and bakery. The local hotel The Llawnroc offers meals - 2 minute walk, as does The Barley Sheaf in the next small village - 15 minute walk.

My house is surrounded by beautiful countryside and sea views. There are so many stunning walks, three beaches and places to find real peace within a short distance.

The journey to the theatre in Truro will take about 30 minutes and is an easy journey to make. You are welcome in my home and I just ask that you are quiet after 10pm.

The room will be for just you and also has a table and chair for you to use if needed.

You will have your front door key and there is plenty of parking on the quiet road outside.
