I have a couple of affectionate dogs so please bear this in mind when contemplating booking.
I'm offering a spacious room in Birmingham city centre. It has a double bed, lots of storage space, a fridge, kettle, microwave, towels and WIFI.
The location is PERFECT for anyone working at one of the cities many theatres or concert venues, eg; Hippodrome, Rep, Alex, ICC, NEC, 02 Academy, LG Arena, Glee Club etc.
The apartment is in a great location for the 100’s of shops, restaurants, bars, and nightclubs all within 3-10 minute walking distance.
It is 2 minutes walk to New Street station, a 5 minute walk to Moor Street and Snow Hill train stations, a 5 minute drive to Spaghetti Junction and one stop, (8 minutes) by train to Birmingham International Airport, BHX.

*HEALTH AND SAFETY*
The housing association carry out regular fire safety checks and we are as safe as can be. There is fire resistant paint on the walls in all communal areas, fire safety doors on all floors, two sets of escape stairs and a fully working fire hose on each floor.

*COVID*
I have hand sanitiser gel and sprays, wipes, masks and lateral flow tests available for anyone who wants to use them free of charge.

*DRIVERS*
There is on-street parking (charged at local rates), however this could incur a daily congestion charge for certain vehicles.

There are deals with local NCP car parks depending on the venue that guests are working at.

Have to say, best digs I have stayed in.

Even though I'm an actor, I can be shy and reserved when living in someone else's place, Chris however made me feel at ease, he's friendly, helpful and has had a fascinating career and life too!

The flat is really close to centre with pretty much every... read more thing you want on your door step. The dog Ena is cute and friendly, the room was really comfortable with a lovely view.

Not a bad word to say, enjoyed it and was comfortable 10/10 for me.

I had a very nice week staying with Chris, he is very friendly and helpful, especially when it came to recommendations for places to visit and directions.

The room is a good size on the 21st floor, the mini fridge, kettle and microwave make it very easy to cater for yourself, especially if you are... read more also working or coming/going at more anti-social hours. Plenty of room to store all of your belongings as well and the flat was kept at a good temperature.

There is a beautiful dog called Ina who is very well behaved, and does not bark, so no worries about being disturbed by her or worrying about noise being made when you enter the flat.
