We are a 2 Bedroom Terrace House (your double room will face the garden and you will have wardrobe space).

We are a 20 minute walk from the Royal & Derngate Theatre (or 5 minutes in a taxi) and there are regular buses. There is free on street parking. Smokers welcome to smoke in the patio garden only.

Shared use of homely living room with access to Sky & Netflix. Wifi included. Big dining room table and comfortable chairs, shared use of kitchen and plenty of fridge/freezer space. Please help yourself to tea & coffee.

Shared bathroom, relax in the gorgeous big stand alone bath after a busy day, or alternatively, there is a nice corner shower. We do have a downstairs toilet as well just before you go through to the garden.

Sainsbury's just at the end of the road, there are also lots of bars and restaurants all within 5 minutes walk away. We are a 5 minute walk from from the Racecourse Park and a 13 minute walk from Abington Park.

We are really friendly & want anyone that stays with us to feel like it's a home away from home. Mi casa su casa

You will be living with the hosts San-D & Edd.
San-D has been working at Royal & Derngate Theatre for 11 years on the box office, has a full time job elsewhere for a charity, but still works at the theatre as a casual, Edd works full time in recruitment. We work Monday- Friday during the hours of 9-5. (mostly work in the office, but sometimes work from home)
