Two comfortable single rooms in a lovely village 3 miles from the centre of Derby. Guests only allowed by prior arrangement. 30 minutes walk approx. through a pretty park into Derby centre, or house is on a bus route into town and takes about 10 mins at most.

Useful for Derby Theatre, The Guildhall Theatre, or the Velodrome.

You will be sharing the kitchen, bathroom, and living room with me, and I have been hosting Theatre Professionals for a while now, so I know how to make you feel comfortable!
