Self Contained Apartment with Free Parking (Manchester)

Welcome to Manchester! The first industrialized city in the world.

This apartment is located within a stunning Grade II listed mill, an old cotton mill, dating back to the 19th century. It is a historical building of great presence and a landmark in the area as well as an icon of bygone days when Manchester was at the heart of the Industrial Revolution.

Just 1.1 mile from the centre, here you'll have an opportunity to experience some local history with all the comforts of contemporary life.

The place has been fully refurbished with high-quality appliances and utensils all at your disposal. The washing-machine, tumble-dryer, cooker, microwave and refrigerator are all new.

There is an ample supply of crockery and cooking utensils and pans if you intend to cook. However, if something is missing, I will do my best to supply you with any extras.

There is a 40” brand new, smart flat screen TV for your enjoyment. This can be connected to either freeview or a satellite dish if you prefer to have better access to the many international channels available. If you have netflix you can also connect as long as you remember to logout.

There is also a sofa bed in the living-room if you need to accommodate a third/fourth person.

I have specified that the apartment accommodates 3 in the interests of comfort. You can request 4 although it might be a bit cramped particularly for 4 adults.

For those who need a landline, this can be provided for local calls for a small fee. There are also 3 brand new radiators and a towel rail which warm the place up in no time. And, of course, we provide all linen and towels.

You will be renting an entire one-bedroom apartment and will have access to all areas.

The building is very secure. CCTV is in public areas. You will be given a fob for the main door and the security pin number for the second door as well as the keys for the apartment.

It is important that you take care of everything and treat the space as if it were your own home.
