At the risk of sounding like an estate agent!! ...This is a beautifully presented second floor apartment in a quiet, listed building, with spacious rooms including a stylish open plan kitchen/dining/living room and a contemporary bathroom with shower and bath//The double bedroom on offer is 13'3" x 10'10" or 4.04m x 3.30m.

Would suit a couple or good mates who are cool about sharing //You would be sharing the apartment with me (the owner)//Friendly, welcoming and relaxed atmosphere// The apartment is located about 8 minutes' walk from Waverley Station, 4 minutes' walk from the terminus of the tram (York Place) and 10 minutes' from Princess Street and the Old Town.

I would ask that payment is made by bank transfer prior to arrival//Light breakfast would be included//Main "house rules" include: respecting each others' space; keeping noise levels down at night and not spending hours in the bathroom!! Oh yeah... and no mention of Brexit... thank you!
