Garden Studio Room with En Suite (Cambridge)

We have a private garden studio bedroom available for digs. The studio can be accessed from a gated (key provided) side passage way directly through the back garden and is a double room with an en suite shower room with a toilet and sink.

The studio has a radiator plus fan heater and connection to the internet via an ethernet cable.

The studio also has a kettle and tea/coffee available.

There are pull down blinds on all the windows and doors and frosted covering on the bathroom window (which faces the side wall).

Please note, the studio is a multi purpose space and as such, the bed is a Queen size folding bed, not a standard double bed.

The kitchen in the main house is available for breakfast or during the day.

Due to the door lock on the exterior doors to the kitchen, we politely ask that the kitchen/house access is only used in the morning or during the day and not upon a late return at night.

There is a seating area in the garden open for use.

A note on parking:
We are in a residents parking zone so in order to park in the restricted streets you would need a visitor parking permit. These cost £12 for the week. If you need one of these please let me know and I can order one in advance. Alternatively, there are some free spaces along the Riverside, accessed via River Lane at the end of Beche Road.
