Large bright recently updated room in lovely refurbished 4 bedroomed Edwardian house in Ashley Cross area of Lower Parkstone, Poole, Dorset. Walking distance to Lighthouse Theatre through beautiful Poole Park, or five minutes by bus that runs every 7-8 minutes. Walking distance from Parkstone Railway Station. Bus every 10 minutes to Bournemouth town centre. Beautiful harbour-side park nearby and Sandbanks beach is just five minutes drive away. Black out curtains for those of you who work late!

Walking distance to Lighthouse theatre in Poole town centre, plus only 3 miles to BIC (Bournemouth International Centre) and Pavilion Theatre. Tivoli Theatre in Wimborne is only 5 miles away.

Walking distance to Parkstone Rail Station and the trendy bars and restaurants of Ashley Cross. Convenient nearby bus stops with frequent buses to Poole and Bournemouth town centres, as well as Sandbanks beach.
Off road parking on drive for a vehicle at night but unfortunately not always available in daytime as access required through gates. There is free unrestricted road parking literally right outside the house.

WiFi throughout house.
Big, sunny kitchen-diner-snug (with log burner, range cooker, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer) overlooking sunny garden. There is an additional separate lounge.
