Double Rm & Separate Lounge w Own Bathroom & Shower (Bristol)

The entire second floor of our Victorian terrace house is available to rent. It is like it’s own flat - it has a double bedroom, a sitting room with a sofa, bathroom with a shower, TV and WiFi. It is bright, airy, with lovely views across Bristol and lots of privacy.

The house is 20 minutes walking distance of centre of Bristol, with the Hippodrome & Old Vic an additional 5-10 minutes away. We are about 5-10 min walk from the Tobacco Factory Theatre. We are close to North Street (with lots of great pubs, shops, and restaurants).

The house is set across three floors and has a newly remodelled kitchen a nice garden. We are a friendly family of four and have two cats. We enjoy having guests and getting to know theatre professionals.

There is permit parking on the street. It costs £1 a day. There is also free parking a 10 minute walk away. If you are leaving your car for long periods, we would prefer that you park it in the free parking area as we are only given a limited number of permit passes each year.
