Double Room with lots of Transport Links (Manchester)

We look forward to welcoming you to our home. You’ll have your own private double room with clean bedding and towels provided. You’ll have full use of all the communal areas of the house (kitchen, dining, workspace and living room). There is easy access to city centre venues such as the Manchester Palace and Opera house, as well as the Bury Met or Bolton venues.

The kitchen has everything you’d need for cooking and food prep with space to store your own food in a cupboard and space in the fridge. A dishwasher and washing machine are available to use at anytime. There is also a brilliant entertainment setup with Large TV, anything you feel like streaming and a comfy sofa! The bathroom is also communal with a large bath and amazing rainfall shower (even if we do say so ourselves!).
 There is free parking on either our driveway or on street.

My wife and I now both work full time, but are former touring musicians in the theatre industry - so we completely understand the lifestyle and are happy to be able to help you out whilst on the road as other hosts did for us! We are contactable at all times if you need any info or help with anything!

The neighbourhood is quiet, friendly and safe. You can be sure of a cheery wave in a morning from the neighbours as they go about their day. We are perfectly situated a 15 minute walk to either Pretwich or Whitefield centre and there you’ll find a range of bars and eateries - we can offer recommendations!

Metrolink Tram system takes you into Manchester via Victoria Station and Piccadilly Gardens, a 30 minute journey and the stop is at the end of our street.

Bus transport is available to get into Bolton, other parts of Lancashire or Manchester.

The motorway is very close giving quick journeys to the Trafford Centre, Salford Quays, Blackpool, Liverpool, Manchester, Bolton and other parts of Lancashire.
