Double Room In Cosy Home (Tunbridge Wells)

Very safe quiet neighbourhood. Lovely newly decorated & carpeted double bedroom in Victorian semi with double bed, blackout blind, chest of drawers, dressing table, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities, TV and overlooking a beautiful garden. Gas central heating. Shared bathroom with over bath shower downstairs.

Twenty-five mins walk to town centre (can be done in less if you walk quickly!), 2 mins walk to bus that goes into town centre every 12 mins & 5 mins quick walk to mainline station, then 4 mins to TW or 6 mins to Tonbridge stations. On street free parking. Close to shops, pubs & woods/open green spaces. Non-smokers only please, and NO VAPING in the house. Free very fast Virgin WiFi.

Guests are welcome to help themselves to tea & coffee (please let me know if you will require milk, & what sort!).
At least 2 days notice of start of booking needed please as my work commitments can change.
