Double room 7 minutes from Grand theatre (Swansea)

Nice double ..7 mins walk to Grand theatre 10mins from Arena ..2 mins from the beach..share kitchen (sorry only microwave cooking allowed now (energy crisis) but you do have your own fridge ..and the use of washing machine once a week..This is a quiet house so [REMOVED] noise after 11.30 or late night cooking. Please note I have a friendly but mischievous Jack Russell young dog ..he's still in training..he's not a barker but does still have an obsession with shoe laces. socks and clothes in general this is usually only the first time he meets you but if you are unsure about dogs these digs are not for you !! Until he's trained properly!

Separate microwave, oven, fridge and cupboard containing utensils, crockery etc ...same kitchen but I've done my best to separate! I ask you change your bed linen yourself please..rooms provided with hand sanitizer and wipes. I have had 2 vaccinations plus my booster..I do 2 lateral flow tests weekly plus at 72 I don't go out partying !
