Digs a walk away from the City Centre (Leeds West Yorkshire)

Hello, potential guest's, I'm Karen.
My flat is nicely decorated and the beds are really comfortable too. Guest's have full use of the kitchen also any cookware or utensils, it's all in there for use. Fresh bedding is available in each room and towels are available in the bathroom whenever needed. Basically, home from home! Please note this is a parking permit zone.

Leeds bus station is 0.4 miles walk away from my address and the Leeds Playhouse is opposite. Also The Grand Theatre is only 5 minutes walk from the Playhouse It's a great location to stay with bars, shops and restaurants on the doorstep.

ROOM 1
I'd be happy to offer a fresh fully furnished single room with a built in wardrobe. In the room is a new small double comfortable bed with drawers for storage.

ROOM 2
Has a new single bed with built in drawers. There's also a wardrobe and a additional set off drawers for extra storage. The room is cosy, clean and nicely decorated.

The property comprises of 3 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchen. Any potential guest would have full use of all rooms, with only the bedrooms staying private. I have a parking permit for 1 car. Send me a message BEFORE booking to check if the parking permit is available.
