Cozy double bedroom with own bathroom and parking close to the centre (Cardiff)

A comfortable and bright double bedroom with own big bathroom. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area approximately 15 minutes walk from the City Centre, Principality Stadium and Cardiff Bay. There is a parking space available but I need to know in advance if you need it.

The room is very comfortable. There is a big bathroom available only for the guest and it is just opposite the room.
The room has a big built-in wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a new double bed. There is a safe box for your belongings or documents and also a small fridge so if you would like to keep some food there, no problem. You are more than welcome to use the main fridge in the kitchen as well. I am happy to show you everything at the beginning.
There is underfloor heating and it is set on the thermostat but if you feel cold, let me know and I can change it or provide extra blanket/duvet.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
