Cosy Single Pod Room In Period Flat (Brighton)

Small and comfortable single pod room with a 1m raised cabin style bed that maximises storage space with shelving, inbuilt lighting, cupboards and hanging rail. Not suitable for anyone over 6ft or of larger build. Basic, budget bed & breakfast facilities only (not evening meals). Limited kitchen use.

The flat is a quiet & homely Victorian period property. Perfect if you are looking to stay in a well connected location, ideally situated for public transport (trains, buses and airports links). Just 3 min walk to London Rd Station, 15 min walk to Brighton Station and 25 min walk to Theatre Royal. Situated close to Preston Park, London Rd Shops, Duke of Yorks cinema.

Facilities available to guests:
Kitchen 7.30am-5pm only. Kettle, Toaster, Fridge, Microwave use only - no hob/oven/ grill.
Bathroom not available between 6-7.30 am Mon -Fri during term time.
Lounge can be available between 8am - 5pm Mon-Fri during term time, which usually works well for theatre guests.

You can help yourself to tea/ coffee and there are convenience stores, café’s, pubs and restaurants nearby for breakfast, lunch and evening meals.

CHECK IN 6pm-10pm only. It is the guests responsibility to organise their travel around this time.

CHECK OUT Before 11am.

Strictly no smoking. The booking is just for you, not for couples, guests or anyone else. Remember this is my home and I do need to recognise you when you arrive so you need to have a clear photograph on your profile, along with id when you arrive. I won't accept bookings for anyone else apart from who is in the profile.

I can arrange parking permits for you but you must let me know at least 5 days in advance. Cost: £4.15 per day. Otherwise pay by phone/app between 9am-8pm is £1.40 per hour, £7.60 for 11 hours.

Please note that due to some problems with previous Theatre Digs guest you must abide by their payment policy which is to pay on arrival (or prior to) I will not be able to accept your booking otherwise. I am also able to take card payments.

A lovely, cosy room, ideal for touring on a budget but just a 15 mins walk from the Theatre Royal Brighton, with loads of shops on the route in too.

Thanks to completely opposite schedules, I didn't see much of Julie but she is very welcoming and incredibly helpful, the cat, Rufus, is really sweet... read more but unobtrusive, and I will definitely be staying again.
