This is a much sought after locality due to it's close access to numerous nearby open green spaces - parks, a golf club, Sandwell Valley Country Park.

The house is In a quiet location within easy access to the city centre and within easy reach of the Hippodrome, Rep, Old Rep and Alexandra. It is close to Hamstead Railway station, One Stop Shopping Centre and motorways. There are a number of local shops/amenities 5 minutes away, the number 16 bus is within 10 minutes walking distance and runs at frequent intervals directly to the city centre.

This warm, welcoming room comes furnished with a wardrobe, desk and armchair/recliner.

We are a married couple with a lovely big house, we would like to give an opportunity for someone else to benefit from its loveliness and live here aswell. We are looking for someone who wants a cosy, quiet, peaceful retreat that's close to the city centre.
