Comfortable Room in a good location (Salford)
An excellent location just off Langworthy Rd in a quiet cul-d-sac with parking available on the drive. Train station (Salford Cresent) is 15-20 mins walk, Tram stop (Langworthy stop on the Eccles line) is 10 mins walk and bus routes are even closer. Media City is 1.5 miles away and a taxi into town is 3.5 miles away and is around £8. Great transport links to the Lowry, Opera House and the Palace Theatre. Take away eateries, Tesco and the precinct with pound shops etc are a 5 mins walk.
Small room at the front of the house with a queen bed and memory foam mattress. The bathroom is a wet room (shared) with a double walk in shower. Full use of kitchen is also available.
We are a friendly gay couple with a cat (Tiffany) who have hosted before. We have lived in the house now for three years and are saving to start a family.
House rules....come and go as you please as long as courteous when coming in late. Smokers are welcome as long as they smoke outside.
Payment is upfront and is cash only, there is a garage with an ATM over the road.
