Comfortable double with en-suite (Bury St Edmunds )

I have two rooms available. One is a comfortable king-size bedroom with a large en-suite on the ground floor. The other is a light and airy double with a basin and shower on the second floor. The loo is on the floor below.

Both are in a grade two listed, character property. Full use of the kitchen and a second sitting room with TV is also available. Short walk to the Theatre, 3 mins approx.
