Situated in Earlsdon, our house is 5 minutes away from local shops including small Coop supermarket, lots of cafes and good curry houses and pubs.
The Belgrade Theatre and train station are 15 min walk away as is the town centre. Warwick Art Centre is easily accessible by a very regular bus service 5 mins from the house.
Lodger would have sole use of a bathroom with bath and over bath shower.
Can provide breakfast / meals at an additional cost but the kitchen is at your disposal anyway.
