Comfy, double room in a new build house, very local to Theatre Royal, Plymouth city centre and the Waterfront.

Can definitely recommend local places for a coffee and fresh air.

Use of kitchen, microwave, heating ( it’s a warm house! ) and sunny garden.
Local launderette, Tesco express and city centre all nearby

Paid parking outside but easy direct walk approx 10 mins if that.

Home comes with a 4 legged friend- hope you’re not allergic to dogs
