Lovely bright and clean double room available in a 3 bedroom house. You will Have access to a spacious bathroom and kitchen.

The house is within walking distance to the local train station, there is also a frequent bus service which runs directly into the city centre. For the adventurous, you can hire a scooter, hire points are in walking distance of the house.
As stated the house is close to the city centre and theatrelwnd but is also nicely situated to travel further afield.

There is on-street parking, with no permit required.
There is no smoking in the house but you can smoke in the outside backyard.
