A splendid double bedroom is available in a delightful, airy, and clean 4th-floor 2-bedroom apartment. It's conveniently located a 15/20-minute walk from Birmingham's theatres and city centre. The property hosts a married couple, but guests enjoy their own room with a double bed and access to a spacious shared bathroom with a shower over a bath. The apartment remains tranquil during the day, and guests have access to the kitchen and lounge with Apple TV.

It's within a comfortable walking distance to Birmingham's central theatres and train stations in just 15 minutes. Local amenities include a 30-second walk to McDonald's, a 3-minute walk to Co-op and Greggs. Central Birmingham shops such as Bull Ring, Grand Central, and Digbeth are all a 20-minute walk towards the city centre. Morrisons and Aldi are a 20-minute walk towards Edgbaston. If you have a car, a secure parking space is available on request. Additionally, most essentials can be delivered via various food delivery apps.

There is free on street parking out the front of the flat or I have a space available on request which is in an unlocked car park behind the property

The Area and Transport

Lovely safe area on the outskirts of the heart of Birmingham. 39 seconds walk to a McDonalds (dangerously close) 3 minutes to a Greggs and coop. Walking distance to all the major theatres and parking available if required.

Had a wonderful stay here, really lovely flat, very comfortable bed and powerful shower. Under 15 min walk to hippodrome along the main road. Both hosts were very friendly and helpful with information. Would recommend!

Last week's accomadation were exceptional, thanks to Ben, the best host I've encountered—kind and extremely helpful. The flat was modern and inviting, with a particularly spacious bed that was a delight. The night view was breathtaking, adding a serene touch. The convenience of a washing machine was an appreciated bonus. Highly recommend for a comfortable and memorable stay.
