A great double bedroom in lovely, bright and clean 4th-floor 2 bedroom apartment just a 15/20-minute walk (depending on how fast you walk) to all of Birmingham’s theatres & the city centre.
One adult lives at the property, but any guest has their own room with a double day bed with desk and access to a large shared bathroom with shower over bath.
Quiet during the day; guest would have access to the kitchen, and lounge with Sky, Apple TV & various other bits (Sports included)
PLEASE NOTE: This is walking distance to all of Birmingham's central theatres and a 15-minute walk from Birmingham's train stations.
Local amenities: 30-second walk to McDonald's (dangerously close), 3-minute walk to Co-op and Greggs. Central Birmingham shops (Bull Ring, Grand Central and Digbeth are all a 20-minute walk towards city. A Morrisons, and Aldi are both 20-minute walks towards Edgbaston. And if needed you can access most things on a food delivery app of your choice.
