Cheerful room with ensuite in period property (Leicester)

I'm offering a comfy room with ensuite in my family home.

Please note, my two friendly dogs live here too, so only book if you are happy to be greeted with waggy tails and wet noses!
You are welcome to use any of the facilities - washing machine, oven, microwave, pots and pans, etc.

There is a piano if you play! I have a garden with outside seating.

My house is old, so expect a few creaky floorboards, but it is cosy, warm and comfortable. Kibworth is a quiet village with nice country walks (borrow a dog if you like!) and it's very easy to get to Leicester for Curve, or to Market Harborough.

There is a supermarket a few minutes walk away, and some lovely coffee shops and food outlets.
