Living with Host

I'm in a 3 storey Victorian terraced house only 5-10 minutes walk from the centre of Truro and its Hall for Cornwall. I have a double and a single room available, with a loo and shower on the same floor. The main living space is on the ground floor/basement, with a kitchen, living room and bright conservatory leading to a garden.
I love living here as it's so convenient - less than ten minutes to the shops, theatre, pubs, restaurants and railway station - yet it's quiet and peaceful.
The layout of the house means the top floor can be quite self-contained. I'd normally only let one room at a time, unless both are requested by people who are friends and happy to share the bathroom - I have another bathroom downstairs.
I have to say parking can be difficult - it is 'on-street' and permits are needed. I can only obtain a limited number of daily permits as a resident.
I don't have pets. I'm on a very limited income, so whilst you're welcome to use the washing machine if you're here for a while, I try to keep energy and water use low. I'm OK with smoking if it's in the garden.
