Hi, I'm Suzi! I have a lovely, welcoming, clean & functional home that I would hopefully like to share with you! I really enjoy meeting people & in particular creative people and those with different perspectives / experiences to my own. I have an arts background having ran my own arts company before opening a cafe (which is a handy 400m from my home for you to enjoy during your stay - with a discount for my guests! IG @thestaithscafe)

I am pretty easy going & would encourage you to feel as comfortable as possible during your stay so that you can be on top form during your work!

I have a pretty random work / social life schedule so I am in and out of the house at different times.

My home and location:
Is a 3 storey townhouse overlooking the glorious River Tyne and historic Dunston Staiths Structure.

Layout:

Ground floor: Large kitchen and dining room, hallway and WC.

Middle floor: Your room with a single bed, large fitted wardrobes, comfy chair, desk and large double windows with Juliette balcony. Large bathroom with bath and shower, WC (this is exclusively yours during your stay and is right next door to your room). The living room overlooking the river is on this floor too.

Top floor: My floor!

You are only 20-25mins walk away from Newcastle Quayside/Swing Bridge along a flat riverside path and the C2C cycle route. You can easily detour up off this path and cross over the highlevel bridge which will bring you out at Newcastle Bigg Market near Grey Street / Theatre Royal. The Theatre Royal is a 35min walk and the Live Theatre is 31mins walk. If you like cycling then I have a unisex single gear city bike you are welcome to use! There are also plenty of buses that stop right outside the estate as we are located on the main route to Gateshead MetroCentre (7mins drive away). Taxi fairs vary between £6-10 into the city centre and you can usually order one within 5mins on the local taxi apps.
