***Hello! Please message before making a booking***
I present to you this lovely & spacious, newly decorated double bedroom in my tidy, friendly Central/East London home, just a 10min walk from Old Street tube station & Hoxton overground station (Zone 1).
The room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, bedside table, bedside lighting, shelves & mirror. Fresh bedding and towels are provided.
The room comfortably sleeps two.
The bathroom and kitchen will be shared with myself only.
I have an iron and hair dryer available, if needed.
The bathroom/toilet: Toilet paper and soap are included.
The kitchen: Complimentary tea and coffee are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped and you are welcome to cook meals and store food in the fridge. I kindly ask that only pre-cooked meat & fish are brought into the house, as I am a vegetarian.
You are welcome to use the washing machine if needed, detergent is provided.
The flat is cleaned regularly, with no pets and no smoking allowed. WiFi is available.
If you need to park your car for the duration of your stay, there is permit parking on the premises for which I have visitor passes for. You can purchase daily visitor parking permits from myself for £1 each. These will need to be arranged before your arrival.
My flat is located on the second floor which you can access via the lift or stairs.
Please note that I have only just recently moved into the flat. The guest bedroom is newly decorated. The kitchen, bathroom, & toilet are perfectly functioning but as of yet not newly decorated/updated.
Please check out my other reviews from past guests who stayed in my previous property by clicking on my profile :)
The flat is very centrally located with great transport links to other parts of the city and into central London. Old Street Tube or Hoxton Overground are my nearest stations, both in Zone 1. There are also lots of bus routes that go from outside my flat that take you to various parts of the city. There are also rental bike stations nearby if you'd prefer to see the city by bicycle.
And just to give you a lil' bit of info about me...I'm an actor born & raised in London. Being a fellow theatre person, I understand how the industry works & am flexible when it comes to working unsociable hours. I often work from home so am usually around to offer advice on the area & things to see and do in London, should you need it.
