Bright double room with private bathroom (Northampton)

Double room with private bathroom in a 3 storey town house in a great location 20 minutes walk from the Northampton theatres.The room is mid-sized with a double bed, clothes rail, chest of drawers and bookcase and it overlooks the garden at the rear of the house. The bathroom with a large shower cubicle is on the same floor.
Guests have access to the kitchen, living room and large garden. No smoking in the house but happy for people to smoke out the back door and in the garden.
Living with the host who is currently combining working from home and working in London office. There are 3 cats in the house but they can be kept out of the guest bedroom.
