Bright double Room with own bathroom! (Ashby-de-La-Zouch)

Double room in three-bed house on a new build estate in Ashby. Only a ten minute walk from the high street and easy access to the M42 (Birmingham/Derby/Nottingham) and the M1 (Leicester).

The room has its own bathroom (bath, no shower). Guests will have access to parking on the drive, a kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave. There is also a large back garden.

I do have a 2 year old Labrador, but she is super friendly!!
