A bright, comfy double room in a large traditional tenement flat in Glasgow's vibrant and trendy Strathbungo area.

Airy shower room (with window), dining kitchen and a large living room with double aspect windows.

2 minutes from Queens Park train station (regular trains of 6 min journey time into town for the Tron, Kings, Theatre Royal and CCA), 15 minutes walk from the Tramway and Scottish Ballet, on bus route to the SECC.

It is also 5 mins from Queens Park itself and there are loads of great bars, restaurants, shops and amenities nearby for relaxation and downtime.

Oh, and an added bonus for actors / musicians, the flat is an end block with thick cement walls so you can warm up galore without disturbing the neighbours! I also have a digital piano which you are welcome to use.

The flat also now comes with adorable cockapoo added! The breed is hypoallergenic so she doesn't shed or smell. Whilst she does not have access to your room she has the run of the rest of the flat so you would need to like dogs in order to enjoy your stay.

The flat is homely and comfortable with a home from home atmosphere to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
