Large bright bedroom at front of the house.

Brand new carpet, curtains and bedding and recently decorated. 32” colour TV, plenty of storage and comfy armchair and double bed.

We are a family of 3, Andrew is a teacher, Carolyn is a Teaching Assistant and James is at Plymouth University studying for a Masters in Biomedical Science.

We have 2 cats called Poppy and Daisy, who are 7 years old and sisters.

We have been hosting foreign students from all over the world for the last 8 years and enjoy meeting new people.

Plymouth’s Theatre Royal is a 15 minute bus ride away or a 45 minute walk.

We live in a bus route, with buses running every 10 mins during peak periods.
Peverell is a safe area with Central Park only a 10 minute walk away.
