Living with Host
This is a compact and bright double room, with incredible views through floor to ceiling windows over central London. The room comes with a desk and chair, and a chest of drawers for storage should you need it (please PM if you think you'll need the storage). The bed is on a raised platform (kind of like an adult bunk bed!), but it is easy to get in and out of via a set of mini stairs at the foot of the bed. You'll also have access to your own bathroom (the flat's master bathroom) for the duration of your stay. The room also has direct access to the flat's stunning balcony which provides a couple of seating areas and incredible views (from the 7th floor) over Borough in London.
You'll be sharing with me, and as well as the room and bathroom, you will have access to the cosy and bright kitchen and living room area (and all my plants!). The flat is super quiet, warm and very secure- it is on the 7th floor of a building with a 24 hr concierge. I work from home most days (in the kitchen/living room space), but very happy to share the space when you're around, and love meeting new people. When the warmer weather hits, you can also make use of the large balcony space which is gorgeous to lounge around on, or enjoy your cuppa or meals on too. Since the flat is south facing we get sunshine basically all day (but also FYI can make the flat very hot in the summer!)
The flat is in an idea location in central London, very close to Borough Tube Station, London Bridge Station, and with Waterloo Station also within walking distance. Borough Market is 10 mins away on foot, and the Tate Modern/Southbank is also around 20 mins on foot and super easy to get to. Due to the location there are lots of bars and restaurants and shops all around us, and there is a Tesco Metro right next door which is very handy.
