Bright Double Room with private bathroom (Hull)

We have a quiet, bright and airy double bedroom with private bathroom, over looking the garden in an easy going family home.

The area is close to the city centre and the cafes, restaurants and bars on Newland/Princes Avenue. There is a bus stop round the corner which links you into town and up to the University (both locations are within easy walking distance and 10 mins on the bus).

We hope you make yourself at home here during your stay...Facilities include your own bathroom with separate shower, use of all kitchen facilities at any time! and two lounges with TVs. We have two cats.

There is a quiet garden to the rear with seating area. Parking is on street and permit free.
The room has a double bed with wardrobe and plenty of storage space.
There will be space provided in the fridge and freezer. Tea and coffee is freely available as is the milk in the fridge! Guests are welcome to use the washing machine and cooking facilities.

Smokers are allowed, but we ask that you to smoke outside please.

COVID-19...Both Dave and I are fully vaccinated and we both take COVID flow tests weekly due to my job as a teacher. You have your own room and bathroom and after each guest leaves we disinfect these and any shared space thoroughly. I hope you will feel safe and welcome here with us!
