Bright and sunny double room (Southsea)

Sink into a lovely French bed in my cool, clean, quiet and bright spare room. Spacious, with bags of storage, there’s a smart tv with Amazon Prime and Google Chromecast. Shared living room, study, kitchen, shower room and garden. Fast broadband, washing machine and tumble drier. Cosy and quiet. Parking is in the street outside - it’s a permit only zone between 6 and 8 every evening. I can organise at a cost of £1.35 a day.
You can be sure of a warm welcome in my cosy terraced house, a 15-minute walk from the King’s Theatre in Southsea and a short bus or taxi ride away from Portsmouth’s New Theatre Royal.
There’s a sitting room with stove, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer, a washing machine and tumble drier, downstairs shower room and small garden - all of which you’re welcome to share.

My many happy guests can verify that I take great pride in keeping my home as clean, tidy and clutter-free as possible at all times. It’s a small, terraced house with only one guest room so evacuation is very straightforward in the event of a fire alarm.
