Double ensuite & Double with shared bathroom (Northampton)

I have a fantastic spacious 5yr old new build detached house in a quiet village with a big sunny garden. 5miles drive from Northampton Theatres & 10miles from Milton Keynes Theatre.

There is 1 large double en-suite room available most of the time (there is a 3yr old lives in the property) but often I can offer a 2nd double with a shared bathroom for certain weeks.

Beside the bedrooms you can make yourselves at home in the family kitchen/diner or living room. In the summer you can also soak up the sun in the garden. Use of washing machine and dryer. Plenty of parking.

I'll provide the bed linen and towels and your room will be cleaned once a week.

I am an an ex - Company Manager that is now a mum. My 3yr old daughter is at Nursery 4 days a week and starts school in Sept 2024 so we are normally up and out of the house before you wake. I now work as a Chiropodist and occasionally work at the Box Office or as a Dresser at Milton Keynes Theatre.
I am relaxed and easy going. We have a small Shitzu dog. She has a non malting coat so doesn't not cause problems if you are allergic to dog fur. Smoking outside only.

The house was built in 2019 so the decoration may have changed between the attached photos and your arrival.
