Large bedroom with double bed, seating area, dressing table, full-length mirror, plenty of storage and clothes hanging. Fast WiFi. In the room there's a TV (FreeView, Apple TV and Google Chromecast), Nespresso, clothes airer, iron and ironing board. Private en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, basin and toilet. Use of kitchen, fridge, microwave, washing machine, etc. Non-smoking home.

Bedroom is upstairs. Downstairs there's the kitchen and utility room.

Milton Keynes theatre is two miles away, which is an easy five-minute drive, ten minutes on the buses (which run every 15 minutes), 15 minutes by bike (LimeBike/Santander bike rental available), £5 in a taxi, or a nice 35-minute walk. There's plenty of free on street parking at the house, and it's a quiet neighbourhood. Parkland and lakes nearby, and some lovely pubs.

You'll be living with me (David), my partner Matthew (if he's not away on tour/doing a show), and our friendly, small dog Gladys.
