Based on Brighton’s historic seafront why not start your day with a sea view? This comfortable ground floor and lower ground floor flat sleeps up to ten guests in three bedrooms with two bathrooms.

Two double, 6 single beds. Past guests have loved the generous living space, comfortable beds, style, location and of course the sea view. Exactly a ten minute walk to the Theatre Royal.

Entrance at ground floor into large living/dining/kitchen. Down one flight of stairs to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one ensuite. The flat is completely independent.

No one but you and your guests will be in the flat. We don’t allow parties or excessive noise after 23.00 as it’s a residential block.
