View of the Shard, near Tower Bridge, 5 minute walk from Bermondsey Jubilee Line station - Zone 2 - night tube.

Easy transport links to the West End, 10 minute walk to London bridge along the river.

Tesco metro supermarket opposite the building - 1 minute walk.

My flat is a complete refurbished maisonette flat with open plan kitchen, living and dining room downstairs, bedroom and large shared bathroom upstairs.

Large Queen size bed with IV spring Mattress.

I’m in the Theatre industry myself, have toured the country and the world for the last 12 years staying in many digs and hotels myself so I know what you are looking for.

A clean and comfortable room with a luxury bed in a central location. A tranquil calming home to escape the bustling city of London.

The Bedroom -

Large Queen size bed with VI Spring Mattress and choice of pillows. Pure Belgian linen bedsheets. Blackout curtains.
Nespresso Coffee and tea facilities in room.

Small chopping board, plates, bowls, cutlery and glasses provided in your room should you prefer your privacy. Feel free to use the Kitchen downstairs as well.

Build in wardrobe to store clothes / suitcase.

Separate large bath and shower. Clean and spacious.

The area -

It’s a 5 minute walk to Bermondsey Station walking along the main road which is well lit and very safe at night. London Bridge is a 10 minute walk away. We have direct bus routes to central London and Greenwich. Day and night routes and 24 hour tube service on Friday and Saturday.

You're 2 minutes away from the River Thames Path with beautiful views of Tower Bridge.
It’s a 30 minutes walk along the river to the Strand should you wish to walk into town one day.

It’s 15 minutes on the tube to Charring Cross. I can be door to door to a Theatre in the West End in under 30 minutes.

Tesco Metro is across the road open 7 am - 11 pm
St James supermarket open 24 hours 7/[REMOVED] minutes walk away.
Deliveroo delivers take away in the area.

If you have a little longer in the mornings on Saturday or Sundays you must stroll down to Maltby street which is 5 minutes walk away. A fantastic food market which has become the extension from Borough market in London Bridge. Go for lunch or breakfast and find the award winning Monmouth coffee to start your weekend.

Plenty of restaurants and bars around that I can recommend - and 10 minute’s walk from the trendy Bermondsey Street.

PARKING

Plenty of parking is available in the street - I will need to purchase an online pass for you so there is a small additional cost.

SMOKING POLICY

Smoking is permitted on the balcony accessed through the window of the room outside - but NOT in the house.

The accommodation was beautifully clean and tidy; the bed was comfortable and the bed room spacious. A bath and hand towel were left for me. Although the host was working in the U.S. at the time of my visit, she kept in touch via WhatsApp, and made sure I had everything I needed, and her boyfriend was at hand to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable, he provided local information about shopping facilities, and we had a pleasant, friendly chat. Thanks to both for making my stay a happy one.

Stina is a wonderful host, and her partner Steve too. The room is as described and absolutely lovely. Super comfortable bed and tea and coffee facilities a great touch. Shared spaces were also excellent. Bermondsey is an awesome area and so close to the tube station, buses and e-bikes galore so extra easy to get around. Communication was excellent. I loved my stay, a comfy, luxurious haven in amongst a very busy time in and around London theatres and lifestyle.

Stina's has a lovely place, very convenient to central and south London. A quick, safe walk to the tube and a Tesco close by add to the convenience. Stina was away for my stay so unfortunately we didn't get to meet, but all communication was great

A beautiful room with a clear view of the Shard building at night. I looked forward to the comfy bed each night after work. Stina is so welcoming and helpful. I felt very at home. I will definitely be staying there again soon!

Stina's room is very comfortable, light and quiet. I felt very much at home and it was an easy commute into the West End by bike along the river. There is a Tesco and a Coop nearby. Looking forward to spending some time at her house again!

What A-mazing, comfortable digs! Such a great location for the West End and particularly if you are rehearsing at Jerwood (20 mins walk). Stina is a wonderful host. Close to the Tube and local shops. What's not to like! Highly recommended

This is the second time I've stayed in Stina's flat. She really has thought of everything and there are lots of lovely touches which make it feel extra homely. Transport links are great for getting into town. I can't recommend these digs enough!

I had a wonderful time staying with Stina and her partner. It's a very lovely room, in a very lovely flat and was an excellent base for working on a show just across the river. Would definitely recommend and I hope to stay with them again!

Stina was a fantastic host - was totally accommodating when I had to change my plans last minute and her communication was speedy. Her flat is beautifully kept and handy for the tube and working at the Southbank Centre. I would stay here again.

Beautiful, calm and restful. Perfect space after a long day in a black box. Bed really comfy. Stina's communication was excellent. Lots of little touches that make it feel special.

The house is great! The room is better than in the pictures! The location is perfect, Berdmondsey Undergorund. STina is always nice and available and the Besth Host I've had in 1 year!!!

Stina made us feel so at home in her beautiful flat. The place is in such a convenient location for getting anywhere around London. And the bed was super comfy with everything you need in the room. We would happily stay here again.

This is an amazing place to stay, really handy to get around london as the Underground is very close by. Really felt safe, warm, happy, and beautiful.
Loved saying Morning and Goodnight to the Shard outside the window.

I enjoyed my stay at this warm, comfortable and peaceful accommodation. Stina was a friendly and helpful host. There were good transport links and a lovely walk along the Thames to the Southbank.
