About these Digs

Self Contained Accom

Self contained well equipped, studio apartment, with it's own private garden access and free secure parking.
(Its self contained nature means, that in these Covid times, minimal contact is maintained between guest and host).
A totally private space very close to all Manchester's theatres and performance spaces.

Suitable for single occupancy, (large comfortable sofa bed) though an occasional guest is allowed by arrangement with the host for an extra of £25 per night.

A welcoming document is provided giving details of local amenities and how to get backwards and forwards to the theatres. The Host is almost always on hand to give additional help, as required.

Price includes all bills, fresh linens and housekeeping as required.

Simple continental style breakfasts are also provided on arrival. Please help yourself.

Sorry, no pets.
It is a no smoking facility (e-cigarettes included). Any smokers may use the garden.

This space is not shared with anyone else.

Studio designed for one person with short stay guests allowed by agreement. All facilities are private and not shared, except the garden space. The studio has its own private entrance.
I have a friendly dog, that is NOT allowed in the studio.
