Contemporary self-contained studio annexe. Lower Compton Road (Plymouth)

Modern and bright self-contained studio annexe which can accommodate 2 guests (if one sleeps on the so bed), but probably most comfortable for 1 person. It is attached to our house (by a lockable door from our kitchen), but is totally self-contained. We have two young boys, so although we do out very best to keep quiet in the mornings, you may hear us moving around and getting ready.

Has it's own contemporary bathroom with waterfall shower and towels provided.

There is also a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, electric hob, microwave/oven and washing machine. There are also the usual crockery and kitchen equipment.

Sleeping accommodation is either in the form of a double sofa bed or a double mattress on a mezzanine (this is within the main room).

The mezzanine has limited head room and has a space saving staircase so only accessible to those who feel able to use it, but I think it’s a lovely, comfy place to sleep. Plus it means you don’t have to convert the sofa when you want to sleep.

There are bi-fold doors opening onto a courtyard with table and chairs. Outside there is a gate leading to a public footpath, which means you will have your own access to the annexe.

We ask that check-in is after 4pm and that guests check-out by 10am, but we are always flexible and willing to accommodate most requests where possible.

As the annexe is self-contained, we don’t have much contact with guests once they’ve arrived, so we encourage guests to text/call/email if there are any problems or questions. We will always do our very best to make your stay as comfy as possible, as we recognise the role the accommodation plays in your ability to do your job.

We do have a cat, but it isn’t allowed in the annexe.
