The House and Room

The house is set over three floors with six spacious double bedrooms all with brand new matching furniture, including brand new orthopaedic mattress, wardrobe, desk and cupboard. The house comes with a great size communal kitchen dining area, two full bathrooms. There is also a private rear garden with amazing panoramic views over Swansea perfect to chill out in the summer months.

ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED in the price so you only pay one amount. This includes all utilities (gas, electric & water), council tax, unlimited access to high speed broadband (wifi).

Housemates

This house has been recently FULLY DECORATED throughout and is AVAILABLE NOW. We are looking for similar like-minded housemates. Groups of six are welcome.
