The flat is only a 10-minute walk from the nearest train station (Preston Park), and a 20-minute walk to Brighton’s mainline station. Brighton city centre and the beach is a 25- minute leisurely walk away and 1.4 mile - 27 min walk to all Brighton Theatres. There is a direct, frequent bus route also.

Local amenities include a 24-hour Tesco metro around the corner, and an Esso petrol station, 2 minutes away.

Dionne is a fabulous host with a fabulous flat! The room is beautifully decorated, with loads of space including a wardrobe, desk to do work from and even a kettle with tea/coffee making facilities for when you're feeling lazy. I felt very comfortable here and able to use the kitchen and living area ... read more when I wanted to.

The location is great because it is in a very quiet neighbourhood and you can hop on a bus down to Brighton or do a lovely walk for about 35 minutes down to the centre.

I would recommend staying here to anyone.
