This historic courtyard is part of the old hull grammar school built in the 19th century is where famous old boys such as Andrew Marvel and William Wilberforce attended.

The apartment has free parking on site and will accommodate up to 4 people in the heart of the UK City of Culture historic Old Town.

The area is secluded and quiet. It has close proximity to tourist attractions and all City Centre amenities. Trinity church, All museums, Ferens Art Gallery, Hull Marina, Princes quay shopping centre and the Deep attraction are reachable within a few minutes by foot and both theatres and Hull stations are within a ten minute walk. Travelling to the Docks on Hedon Rd in a vehicle is within a ten minute drive due to the easy access onto Castle Street from the apartment.
